Privacy Policy

This policy describes what Mister AMS collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. Mister AMS is operated as an independent project by Barry Mister.

Information we collect

• Account information — name, email, and password hash when you create an account (password is never stored in plaintext).
• Session information — session tokens, IP address, and user-agent for each authenticated session (security + abuse prevention).
• Product usage — pages viewed, bookmarks saved, playbooks in progress. We use this to operate the product and improve it.
• AI API keys — if you bring your own key for the AI sidebar, it is stored encrypted at rest and only used for requests you explicitly initiate.
• Support messages — anything you send to [email protected].

What we do not collect

• We do not sell personal information. We do not "share" personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising.
• We do not upload documents or detailed fact patterns to third-party AI providers unless you explicitly send them via the AI sidebar.

Third parties that touch your data

• Hosting — Coolify on the appfactory server, owned and operated by the project maintainer.
• Transactional email — Resend (email delivery for verification and support responses).
• AI providers — Anthropic, OpenAI, and Google Gemini. Only for requests you initiate via the AI sidebar. Their privacy policies apply to any content you send.

Your choices

• Export or delete your account at any time from Settings.
• California residents: see our CA Notice at Collection.
• Email [email protected] for any access, correction, or deletion request we can't fulfill through the product UI.

Children

Mister AMS is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect information from them. Contact [email protected] if you believe a minor has provided us information.

Changes

When this policy changes materially, we will update the Last updated date at the top and notify signed-in users by email.
