California Notice at Collection

If you are a California resident, this notice describes what categories of personal information Mister AMS collects and how we use them, consistent with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).
Categories of personal information collected
- Identifiers — name, email, IP address, user agent.
- Account & commercial information — records of content you save (bookmarks, in-progress playbooks) and, if you ever purchase or subscribe, billing metadata (handled by the payment processor; card numbers never touch our servers).
- Internet activity — product usage on the site (pages viewed, features used) for operating and improving the product.
- Inferences— basic learning progress (e.g., which flashcards you've reviewed and how you graded them).
Purposes
- Operating and securing the service.
- Responding to your requests and support tickets.
- Improving content, explainers, and accessibility.
- Complying with legal obligations.
Retention
Account and usage data are retained for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account from Settings, which removes personal information within 30 days except where law requires longer retention.
Selling or sharing
We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising.
